About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With several years of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and addiction—helping them build resilience and reconnect with their sense of self-worth.
My approach is grounded in understanding the relational patterns that shape our lives. I specialize in addressing communication difficulties, social anxiety, isolation, and attachment concerns. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients work through abandonment wounds, mood challenges, and the process of forgiveness—both toward others and themselves.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own story. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. I draw on evidence-based practices to support your healing and growth.
If you're considering taking that first step toward therapy, I want you to know that takes real courage. I'm honored to walk alongside you.
