About me

I help people learn to notice what they need and take the steps in their journey that have felt out or reach or remained unknown, including their mental health or often related factors with physical pain, chronic illness, or major life transitions like loss, relationship changes, pregnancy, and becoming a parent. This is a judgment-free space where every part of you is welcome, and we'll go at your pace.

From healing from past experiences and associations, to building your resilience for the present and future, I’m here to alongside you. I provide inclusive clinical mental health services as an Associate Therapist in Washington State (accept most insurance in-network and private pay) with Mindful Therapy Group.

When experiencing chronic pain, illness, the long term changes from unresolved trauma, learning to both slow down and move beyond managing and getting by can be a process, but one well worth it. The nervous system connects the seen and unseen. It supports the integration of what helps us be authentic, whole, and also human, in ways that we are grounded. We can operate out of authenticity and alignment.

I also focus on support with those who are pregnant, considering getting pregnant, and postpartum. There's no time limit on addressing the changes from this period, as some of the imbalances don't return easily, or imbalances existed to begin. I do I recommend starting support the sooner then better! The parenting journey with its identity changes and calls for us to show up for ourselves and others in new ways can be an opportunity to dig deeper.

All genders can face unique issues, for which they may seek support. I continue to gain understanding in these areas and can support and/or refer.

A lot of my clients have tried therapy focused on cognition, have sometimes wondered if their anxiety, stress, fatigue, or more might be deeper than meets the eye, or find out it does. Especially if neurodivergent, they have found that the industry standard approaches in care from mental health therapy to physical rehabilitation don't meet them where they are or connect with what the need. We explore these reasons and explore different ways forward, including masking and areas of intersectionality.

I also provide similar services as a coach anywhere (sliding scale rates), based on NeuroYoga & Bodywork, Somatic Therapeutics, Sensory and Primitive Reflex Integration, coaching methods, and other therapeutic approaches.

I only provide diagnostic and treatment services in therapy, and in the scope of my practice level. I partner with Mindful Therapy Group for administrative support in my practice.

Services are remote/virtual. Reduced cost fees are listed, varying on income, length of service, and other considerations.

Taking the first (or next) step toward healing can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you on your journey, offering a compassionate, holistic approach to healing trauma, pain, grief, and stress. I support with both direct care and referrals to help identify and address root causes.

This is your journey. I know in my own, I had to learn my sense about needing something different and there being something different was spot on. My work is part of reaping the benefits of being willing to keep taking a step forward when answers were not apparent. Of curiosity and determination. Physical pain and emotional pain do not need to define your life. Reach out today for a free consultation.
