About me
I'm a therapist with more than seven years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and anger—while also addressing deeper concerns like self-worth, communication, forgiveness, and life purpose.
My approach is grounded in understanding the complexity of human experience. I specialize in supporting people through relationship transitions, family dynamics, attachment patterns, and identity exploration. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients work through trauma, posttraumatic stress, and the aftermath of abuse or domestic violence. I also support individuals facing life transitions—whether that's midlife changes, young adult challenges, aging concerns, or major life disruptions.
Beyond these areas, I bring compassionate, culturally responsive care to clients navigating multicultural concerns, women's issues, sexuality, workplace stress, financial worries, and addiction recovery. I understand that healing often involves addressing shame, guilt, abandonment fears, and the desire to build healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build the skills and insights you need to move forward. I'm honored to support you on your healing journey.
