About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (Alabama), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida), and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have 8 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding . My approach is client-centered and supportive, with a focus on helping people feel heard, valued, and empowered to build self-respect, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want .
I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the emotional challenges that can come with trauma or low self-esteem. Whether we are meeting in person or through telehealth, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can be yourself, explore your story, and take meaningful steps forward .

I earned my master’s degree in clinical and counseling psychology from Alabama A&M University and completed advanced doctoral coursework in counselor education and supervision at Walden University . I am an LPC in Alabama and provide in-person and telehealth services to clients ages 8 and up, with telehealth available for ages 16 and up .
My style is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I work best with clients who want a therapist who will meet them with compassion while also helping them build insight, confidence, and practical tools for growth.
