Everyone at times needs some support or coaching on their life journey. I'd be glad to sit down with you or talk on the phone and with compassion listen to your story and lend some hope and encouragement. I view "problems" as opportunities to work on and overcome the "threats" within and around us and to open up our lives to new levels of growth.
As a solution-focused clinical social worker and family therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
