About me
Therapy centered on you: your story, your healing. I work with individuals and couples facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My practice is strengths-based and grounded in helping people move out of difficult seasons and harmful patterns by effectively using tools that help foster connection to self and others.
I bring over 20 years of experience in trauma-informed healing, including clinical training at Wake Forest University and certifications in trauma-sensitive mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and trauma-informed yoga. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create the life you want.
I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs, blending somatic, body-based healing with evidence-informed therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.
Therapy is an opportunity to slow down, realign with your values, and create lasting change you’ve been searching for.
