About me
I am an experienced marriage and family therapists dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal from abuse and trauma and live their optimal lives.
I founded and own OptimalLife Wellness Center in which we provide mind-body approaches to mental health wellness. I myself offer EMDR, Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP), Emotion Freedom Techniques (EFT), and somatic and brain-based, trauma-informed approaches to treatment. I mentor and supervise a very talented and diverse group of clinicians who also provide a range of mind-body based therapeutic approaches for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
