I am a passionate healing helper, dedicated to supporting individuals through their journeys of growth, reconciliation, and integration. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and am trained or certified in multiple intervention models, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Reprocessing & Desensitisation (EMDR), Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP), Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), Prepare/Enrich, Gottman Method, Somatic-based interventions for trauma & complex PTSD, mindfulness, pharmacotherapy, and integrative nutritional medicine for mental health. Specializing in all forms of trauma (incidental, developmental, relational, religious, and vicarious/second-hand) and post-traumatic growth, I also work with anxiety, grief, recovery, identity strength, and life transitions, taking a strengths-based approach blending IFS, EFT, EMDR, mindful, and somatic therapies via an attachment and polyvagal-informed lens.

Mine is a strengths-based integrative approach, blending IFS, EFT, EMDR, mindful, and somatic therapies, via an attachment + polyvagal-informed lens.
