When looking for a therapist the two biggest areas of concern most people have is will the therapist listen and will they judge me. The answer to both of those for me is no.

I am a dual Master level clinician that provides a unique boutique experience to therapy. My primary focus areas are adults eighteen and over and couples of all stages from we are just dating, to pre-marital, to we need to successfully co-parent. My approach is simple provide everyone with therapy that fits them. Though I lean in on CBT, DBT, Gottman, and EFT I subscribe to the belief that no two people are the same and everyone needs something different.

I will offer you a space that is uniquely your whether in office or virtually. I also provide tools and strategies as applicable so that you are able to activate the areas you are seeking to enhance. My practice Luxury Life Counseling was created to help persons cultivate the life they desire to life. Rather excelling and you want to maintain or having areas of opportunity that you want to process I am here and ready to explore with you.
