I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience, dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, more connected relationships. As a clinical supervisor and group practice owner, I’m passionate about creating supportive spaces where people can grow, heal, and feel more like themselves.

Hi I'm Landis! After nearly a decade as a therapist, there are a few things I know: I am passionately dedicated to my work. I am a couples therapist, an individual therapist, and a (non denominational) premarital counselor. I work best with folks who are interested in working on their relationships - relationships with partners, with family members, with friends, and themselves. I myself have many roles - spouse, entrepreneur, business owner, parent, writer, creative. These identities inform the work I do and I enjoy working with clients in weaving their own storylines together to work toward a most fulfilling and meaningful life.

In addition to the specialty areas above, I am also the founder of AisleTalk, a therapy practice specializing in supporting individuals who feel stressed during wedding planning. AisleTalk was founded under the premise that this isn't always the most glamorous time you want or expect it to be & can often bring up stress, anxiety, relationship strain, & more.

I reside in Atlanta, GA and am licensed in FL, GA, and NY through telehealth therapy. I have three therapists who work for my practice practice each with their own passions and calls to this work. It's not always easy to reach out in the beginning - I get it. We are here when you're ready.
