Hi, I’m Lakeltra Jones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, anger, and life transitions, including those experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm.

I especially support women who feel lost, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, helping them gain clarity, rebuild confidence, and move forward with intention.

I have experience helping individuals heal from emotional, physical, verbal, and spiritual wounds, rebuild their sense of self, and establish healthy boundaries. I also work with couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, premarital concerns, and issues such as betrayal and infidelity.

My approach is unorthodox, raw, and real. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard but also challenged. I will support you, but I won’t let you stay stuck in patterns or perspectives that are no longer serving you. Growth requires honesty, and sometimes that means having the hard conversations.

I am direct, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe healing is not linear, and that many of the challenges we face are rooted in unhealed emotional wounds. You already possess the strength within you, sometimes you just need the right support to uncover it.

I use evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and goals. For those seeking faith-based therapy, I integrate Christian principles, including the belief that we are created in the image of God and called to wholeness.
