Compassion, empathy and genuine love for people is what propels me to utilize the therapeutic process to listen, encourage, empower and uplift. My professional experience includes working with youth, adults and families in various life situations and settings.
Psychotherapy Specializations include: Generalized anxiety disorder, work related stress, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity and Disorder (ADHD), Communication, Anger, Parenting
I have experience working with diverse populations, including socioeconomic, ethnic, cultural, religious, and racial backgrounds. Cultural diversity and sensitivity is a priority in my practice.
Counseling Techniques: Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Play therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Grief therapy.
