About me
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist guided by relational framework based on the person-cantered core principles. This means that I believe in the importance of the personal relationships in our lives and I strive to provide a safe and trusting environment where you can explore any issues or difficulties you might have without feeling judged. As an integrative therapist I am familiar with a variety of approaches and can draw on multitude of tools and techniques.
I believe most things in life are affecting one another and there is no right or wrong way to be. The same goes with therapy - I approach each client as an individual with their own set of experiences, views, values and hopes. I offer the space where we can explore together and find the best ways to make the positive change just right for them.
I have been running my private practice and working in secondary schools since graduating and I love the huge variety of people I have the privilege to meet in this line of work. I have experience working with all age groups and many backgrounds and I am learning all the time. You can find out more about me on the BACP therapist register or through my website www.lainecounselling.com
