About me
I am a trauma-informed Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who works with adolescents (12+) through older adults.
I work with teens (12+) through older adults who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, thoughts, or life experiences. Many are navigating trauma, mood changes, or thought related challenges linked to Mood Disorders, Thoughts Disorders, Personality Disorders, and PTSD. They often feel stuck, misunderstood, or emotionally drained. In therapy, I provide a safe, structured space where we build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create stability so you can feel more in control and move forward with confidence.
I specialize in trauma, mood, and thought related challenges. Using a variety of evidence based practices like CBT, trauma informed care, and mindfulness, I help you understand patterns, manage distressing symptom, and build practical tools for daily life. My approach is supportive, structured, and focused on lasting change. I approach therapy from a multicultural, client-centered lens and has experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC communities. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and respected.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've been handling things alone. You deserve space where you feel heard and supported without judgement. I offer a compassionate, real, and collaborative approach. When you're ready, I am here to support you!
