About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 5 years of hands-on clinical experience, and more than a decade of lived experience walking with people through real struggles. My work is grounded in serving diverse and often underserved communities, particularly urban populations and the LGBTQIA+ community.
I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity struggles, parenting challenges, and career transitions. I also work with trauma survivors and those who’ve experienced emotional abuse—helping people break cycles, reclaim their voice, and build healthier ways of relating.
My therapy style is warm, real, and interactive. I believe in treating every client with respect, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. You’ll never find stigmatizing labels in my sessions—we work together in a safe space where you can show up fully as yourself. My approach blends cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, and rational-emotive therapy, but I always tailor treatment to fit your story, your background, and your goals.
Seeking help is not a weakness—it’s a sign of strength. If you’re ready to create real change, I’m here to empower you with tools, insight, and support for the journey.
I look forward to working with you.
