I get to the point. From a therapeutic perspective, I have a calm demeanor and work to provide space for any emotional and psychological processing that individuals and couples go through, while simultaneously keeping us focused on growth and therapy goals. I take an existential and postmodern approach to therapy and utilize any tools that will get traction for my clients' presenting issues. I work a great deal with anxiety and fear-related issues, as well as shame and overcoming obstacles that are internally created. I have worked extensively with trauma and have evidence-based practices for working through any issues that might come up from a clinical perspective.

I also provide coaching in communication, relationships, and emotional issues that come up for business professionals. My research is grounded in Neuroscience and Clinical practices that inform how I approach both therapy and coaching, depending on the needs of my clients.
