About me
Hi, I’m Kylie — and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that mental health is a vital part of overall well-being and happiness. Each person has the ability to commit to and create meaningful, positive change in their life, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients on that journey.
In our work together, I show up as my full, authentic self — ready to laugh, cry, and explore life’s complexities with you. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you’re working through big emotions, healing from past wounds, or simply seeking clarity in chaos, we’ll approach it together with honesty, empathy, and even a touch of humor.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based interventions. I tailor each session to your unique strengths, challenges, and goals — helping you build healthy coping skills, insight, and the courage to create lasting change.
Taking that first step to schedule an appointment can be the hardest part — and I’m so proud of you for being here. I can’t wait to meet you.
