About me
My practice is primarily with clients seeking relief from depression and anxiety, whether from facing difficult decisions, seemingly untenable situations, concerns about aging, or relationship issues. I also work with couples, families and with clients involved in legal problems (forensics. Clients decide what they want to achieve in therapy, and we work together to meet those goals.
I work with a variety of therapeutic modalities and collaborate with you to choose an approach that works best for you. While every modality has its merits, it’s your unique needs that guide how we’ll work and how we reach your goals. If one approach fails to provide relief from symptoms, we’ll work together to find one that does.
Online therapy clients describe a level of comfort and support they would expect from meeting in an office setting, and appreciate the convenience and flexibility that online therapy provides. My sessions are goal oriented, collaborative and effective. You’ll come away feeling a sense of relief and with tools to manage symptoms long after ending treatment.
