About me
I work with those struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, etc. and complex trauma histories. Additionally, I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ populations and offer an accepting and safe environment for anyone who needs the help I can offer.
As a trained behavior analyst and addiction therapist, I have experience working with individuals with complex trauma histories that intersect with substance use disorders who are working toward sobriety. My approach involves strategies from DBT and ACT together to help individuals make meaningful changes in their lives to move toward joy.
Finding the right person to help you walk through the most difficult moments can be overwhelming but makes such a difference. I enjoy working with others and feel privileged to be able to join those that I work with on their journeys.
