About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns, as well as major life transitions and career difficulties.
My practice encompasses a wide range of issues, including trauma, relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, financial stress, and workplace concerns. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients work through isolation, communication struggles, codependency patterns, and questions about life purpose and identity. I also support those healing from sexual assault, domestic violence, and other forms of abuse, as well as first responders managing occupational stress.
I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in genuine care and respect for your unique journey. Whether you're facing a midlife transition, navigating young adult challenges, or working through family-of-origin issues, I'm here to help you build resilience and move toward greater self-love and wholeness.
I welcome clients who value faith as part of their healing process and am honored to integrate spiritual perspectives when meaningful to you. Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm truly grateful you're taking this important step toward growth.
