About me
I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping adolescents and adults strengthen emotional balance, improve coping skills, and navigate life stressors with confidence. I focus on providing structured, goal-oriented support that helps clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools to manage challenges more effectively. My work emphasizes building resilience, increasing emotional awareness, and helping clients create realistic and meaningful changes that support long-term stability, personal growth, and overall wellness.
I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where adolescents and adults can explore challenges related to anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and substance use. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns they want to change, and my goal is to help them build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and gain confidence in managing life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and tailored to each client’s needs, using evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change while making therapy feel approachable, supportive, and empowering.
