About me
I am a relationship specialist who helps couples build deeper, more connected relationships by identifying and healing stuck patterns. If you find yourself looping through the same argument with your partner or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of parenting, you’re not alone, and we will likely be a great fit to work together. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore how your early family dynamics shaped your beliefs about love, connection, and safety. Together, we’ll work to untangle those patterns so you can experience more joy, fulfillment, connection, and ease in your closest relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where the real you can show up—messy parts and all—so we can clarify what you truly want in life and relationships. So many of us never had healthy relationship role models. Therapy is your chance to rewrite that narrative, not just for yourself, but for future generations.
As a modern therapist, I offer intentional, results-driven support grounded in compassion and real-life tools. I see therapy as an investment in your personal growth, and I’m here to help you feel more aligned, confident, and connected. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy. I attended school and completed most of my post-graduate training in Los Angeles, CA before moving to Boise, ID in 2015. Over the last 12 years I have worked in a variety of settings prior to opening my private practice in 2019. I served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for NAMI Treasure Valley, performed outreach in Idaho jail and prison facilities, and was awarded Counselor of the Year in Idaho in 2024. This diverse range of experience has allowed me the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds.
If you’re looking for a therapist who blends insight with action, let’s connect and create meaningful change in your life.
