About me
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can safely explore challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help individuals gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we work to identify barriers, build resilience, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop practical skills for navigating life's challenges.
As a veteran, I have a deep appreciation for diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and the importance of cultural sensitivity. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration, meeting each client where they are in their journey.
Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, recovering from difficult experiences, managing addiction, or seeking healthier relationships, I am committed to helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
