About me
Every person has the potential to create positive change in their life. Sometimes it can be overwhelming or unclear. Knowing where to start is often the most difficult part. Good news, we're not alone in this. We'll work together to clarify goals, identify strengths, and create a plan for true change in your life.
This may be the right place for you whether you're going through a life change, navigating mental health or substance use, or looking for some clarity amidst the chaos. Instead of "why?" let's ask "what now?" Whether we're struggling or thriving, we could use another person in our corner to offer compassion and warmth
Helping others become their best self and thrive in their relationships is my passion. Using evidenced-based treatments and open communication, there's a collaborative and person-centered approach to our work together. Interventions are adjusted for individuals and situations emphasizing cognitive behavioral, inclusive, strengths-based methods.
Over a decade of experience has led me to a deep, ever-evolving understanding of anxiety/mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, sexual orientation & abuse, family dynamics, and addiction. Feminism and empowering marginalized communities, especially LGBTQIA+, is integral to my practice.
Let's help you feel seen and understood from the comfort of your own home
