About me
I have 3 years experience working with adult individuals experiencing a wide variety of mental health and life concerns. I especially like working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
I have extensive experience helping clients diagnosed with depression and anxiety, as well as helping clients navigate this crazy thing called life. I enjoy working with adult individuals (18-65 years) to build new skills and improve their well-being. I am both an ally and member of the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoy empowering clients to embrace their authentic selves.
I strongly value authenticity (no "blank-slate" therapist here) and believe in the power and importance of the therapist/client relationship. I approach therapy as a team effort, with myself and the client working toward healing. I aim to be very person-centered, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, using a humanistic and empowerment approach.
I pride myself on being open-minded and accepting. I love to provide a safe space for all my clients to process life's challenges. I am so excited to speak with you and discuss if we are the right fit.
