About me
You’re not “too sensitive.” You’re not broken. And you’re not meant to carry everything alone. If you’ve been living in survival mode for years — managing trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, or a constant sense of overwhelm — your nervous system is doing its best to protect you. I help you understand those patterns with compassion, not judgment. Through somatic therapy, we explore what your body has been holding and help you return to a place of inner steadiness, connection, and safety.
My clients often say they finally feel seen — sometimes for the first time.
I specialize in somatic trauma work, attachment repair, and nervous system regulation. That means we don’t just talk about what happened — we work with how the past still lives in your body today.
Together, we will:
Understand your patterns through an attachment and nervous-system lens
Work gently with the body to release stored survival responses
Build the capacity to feel, connect, and rest without shutting down or getting overwhelmed
Rewire the old beliefs and protections that keep you stuck
Create new internal experiences of safety, worthiness, and belonging
My style is warm, grounded, attuned, and deeply collaborative. I believe healing emerges through relationship — the kind where you don’t have to perform, mask, or over-explain.
