About me
I’m a child and family counselor who creates a warm, play-based space where kids ages 5–12 can express themselves, build resilience, and feel deeply understood, while supporting families in strengthening connection and confidence at home.
As a mental health counselor with Root & Rise Collective, I work alongside children and families who want a safe, supportive space for growth. Parents often hope their child will feel confident, secure, and celebrated for who they are. Yet sometimes, big emotions, school stress, identity exploration, or family changes can feel overwhelming—for both kids and parents. I specialize in supporting children ages 5–12 through a client-centered, play-based approach. Play therapy allows children to process their experiences in a way that feels natural and safe, helping them navigate self-esteem, family or parenting dynamics, and more. I also work with families to strengthen connection, confidence, and compassion at home.
