About me
If you're looking for a prescriber to come alongside you in your healing journey and offer you tools to empower you in your recovery and growth, we'll make a great team! With Kristy on your care team as your board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, we'll work together to clarify your psychiatric diagnoses and choose the evidence-based treatments that feel like the best fit for you, including medication and/or non-medication modalities.
Kristy has experience with clients of all ages, from children and adolescents to geriatric populations, with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses and concerns, including religious trauma and weight stigma. She has additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Health at Every Size (HAES) and practices as an autism Center of Excellence (COE).
Kristy would be honored to be a part of your recovery by bringing together your expertise on you and her psychiatric expertise in a partnership leading to healing and growth.
