I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 29 years of experience as a cognitive behavior therapist and spent several years teaching psychology at the undergraduate and graduate level.
I provided teletherapy in the MN area and I do take some insurance. I have experience in most areas of mental health although I specialize in anxiety disorders, including GAD, phobia's, OCD, agoraphobia, panic and social anxiety, along with special interest in ADHD skills, stress management, imposter syndrome and perfectionism.
