About me
I am licensed in Oklahoma with over 30 years of professional work experience including both in patient and out patient organizations and adjunct professor locally. I have experience in helping clients with PTSD, trauma, coping with grief and loss, coping with geriatric/aging life changes & providing help with caregiver/hospice/end of life issues. I have background in geropsychology, first responder, medical worker issues, military/veterans issues, holocaust survivors and I do my best to work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
Non judgemental, flexible, comforting. Every part of life is worth living. Each day is a gift. Every person has value.
"Nice" and "Kind" are highly underrated virtues. ~ Kristine
"You have a right to be here and to sing your own song, whatever that may be." ~ Desiderata
P.S. I am unable to accommodate video sessions; I am available for phone and live chat (typed).
