About me
I am a trauma-informed, sex-positive, experienced clinical social worker. My specialties are working with trauma recovery, relationships and intimacy, and working with the LGBTQIA+, kink, Poly, and ENM communities.
Are you struggling in your relationships, unable to find the amazing connection you once shared? Has the intimacy in your relationship quietly disappeared? Has the communication stopped, or does it feel like it just leads to another argument? Have you stopped talking about the important things to avoid another conflict?
Are you exploring alternate lifestyles such as ENM, poly, swinging, open marriage? Needing help navigating boundaries, how to process feelings of insecurity, jealousy, or inadequacy? Whether you're a novice or a veteran in the kink BDSM lifestyle or the ENM community, you may need of guidance and support. Do you want to feel like you are being your authentic self and able to communicate well with your partner(s)?
My goal is to provide you with a safe space to explore your authentic self, discover your needs & desires, support & empower you to strengthen the relationships you have while learning what the best way to communicate is for you and your partner(s) to all feel seen and heard.
For my clients that have experienced trauma, I create and hold safe space for you to process and heal from your trauma, help you identify what your triggers are, and work on coping skills that help you navigate your daily life with courage. There is often also a need to work on attachment issues that are impacting romantic relationships.
You do not have to go through this on your own. Isn't it time you learn to love yourself and improve your relationships with others? Let’s work together to embrace vulnerability and authenticity while exploring and pushing boundaries in a safe and therapeutic way. Reach out to request a phone consultation today!
