About me
Seeking help takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) providing virtual therapy to adults across Texas.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment wounds, and life transitions. My experience includes working with individuals struggling with chronic relapse, co-occurring disorders, and the lasting effects of childhood and adult trauma. I also have experience supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals facing high-stress careers.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic-based interventions. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.
Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, substance use, or unresolved trauma, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can occur. I believe lasting change is possible, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
