About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With extensive experience working with adults, I specialize in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the lasting effects of trauma. I'm particularly passionate about supporting clients in rebuilding self-esteem, processing grief and loss, and finding their way through major life transitions.
My work focuses on creating a compassionate, affirming space where you can explore difficult emotions—including guilt, shame, and abandonment—and work toward healing and self-compassion. I support clients through a range of concerns, including relationship challenges, isolation, divorce and separation, posttraumatic stress, and questions about life purpose and meaning. I'm also committed to addressing women's issues and the unique experiences that shape your journey.
My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based practice. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your identity and experiences, and walking alongside you as you move toward greater peace and authenticity. I'm honored to support you in this meaningful work.
