About me
I provide walk & talk and virtual therapy for teens, young adults, and families in Macomb and Oakland Counties, Michigan. My sessions are collaborative, hands-on, and tailored to your goals, blending DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic tools.
Whether we meet outdoors for walk & talk therapy or online, I help clients manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma while building coping skills, emotional clarity, confidence, and stronger boundaries. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where therapy actually fits your life and produces lasting change.
I also offer teen groups, parent coaching, and family support to provide flexible options for growth and connection. Book a free consultation or your first session online or walk & talk, spots fill quickly!
You’ve tried to hold it together for everyone, but lately it feels heavier than it should. Stress, overthinking, or low motivation can spill into school, work, or relationships. You want real change, not another generic “talk about your week” session.
I provide virtual and walk & talk therapy in Michigan for teens, young adults, and families. Sessions are active, goal-oriented, and judgment-free, blending DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic tools. Walk & talk therapy adds movement and fresh air, helping clients open up, think clearly, and process emotions more effectively.
I specialize in helping teens and young adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and major life transitions, while also supporting families and parents navigating challenges together. My clients learn to cope with stress, communicate effectively, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with who they want to be.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker and founder of The Town Therapist, with years of experience guiding clients through stress, trauma, and life changes. My style is straightforward, compassionate, and real — no clinical jargon, no “therapy voice,” just practical strategies that work in real life.
I also run small, supportive teen groups focused on anxiety, coping skills, and resilience, plus parent coaching and family support sessions. These provide additional ways to build skills, connection, and guidance in a structured, hands-on setting.
