About me

If you’re exhausted from second-guessing everything and constantly bracing for what might go wrong, you’re not alone. I help women and moms overwhelmed by anxiety, perfectionism, or an eating disorder find relief, inner peace, and lasting confidence.

Hi, I’m Kristina and I support women navigating eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, and the overwhelming pressure of motherhood. I work with women who are constantly worrying, overthinking, and planning ten steps ahead…women who feel exhausted from holding everything together, who lie awake replaying conversations, who are tired of second-guessing themselves and wondering why things feel so hard. If you’re overwhelmed, depleted, and quietly carrying more than anyone realizes, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and there is space for you here.

In therapy, you don’t have to be the strong one. You don’t have to pretend you’re fine or minimize what you’re going through. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, rooted in compassion and real human connection. I use evidence-based practices including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, and I tailor our work to what you truly need. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected, and help you rebuild trust in yourself so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and more at peace.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. I’m also a Qualified Supervisor in Florida which means I mentor provisionally licensed therapists early in their careers. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health through PSI, extensive experience supporting eating disorders across various levels of care, and I’m currently working toward my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential.

If you’re tired of trying to do it all on your own and just want someone who gets it, I’m here to help you feel a little lighter, a little steadier, and a little more like yourself.
