About me

I am a relational therapist, dedicated to helping people deepen their understanding of relationships and discover more profound ways to connect with others.

I began working in community mental health settings in 2015, helping children, adolescents, adults, and families with a range of mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I obtained my license in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2020. I began my private practice in 2023, focusing on working with couples and adults. My approach to therapy derives from systemic family therapy, cognitive strategies, and emotion-focused therapy.
Couples therapy can help partners understand each other, address relationship issues that may be contributing to symptoms or functional concerns, and learn tools to respond more effectively to one another. Communication is often the number one reason couples seek therapy together. Effective communication begins with strong listening skills, attunement abilities, and emotional self-regulation. It's essential to have personal awareness and use emotional language to express your needs accurately, thereby increasing the likelihood that your needs will be met. I have a passion for helping people develop the awareness and skills necessary to enhance their connections and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
My practice is set up for virtual appointments only in Massachusetts.
