About me
Seasoned clinician growing the value in women's lives. Exploring patterns, grief, anxiety, depression, ptsd, along with the big and small life transitions.
I’ve been helping others heal for over 20 years — starting with a graduate degree in Art Therapy, growing into a Licensed Professional Counselor, and evolving into a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Along the way, I’ve collected tools, certifications, and most importantly, wisdom.
My work began with children and families, but over time, I found myself drawn to adults navigating life’s transitions — especially women in midlife, carrying invisible stress while trying to hold everything together.
Like many of my clients, I’ve come to understand that healing isn’t just about the mind — it’s about the whole body. Our stress, our boundaries, our habits, our inflammation, even our gut — it’s all connected. The nervous system isn’t a side note; it’s the story.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed incredible moments:
A woman learning to say no for the first time.
Another realizing she can leave a marriage that’s long stopped serving her.
Or that quiet shift when someone says, “I didn’t know I was grieving, but now I do.”
Does any of that sound familiar?
If so, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
This is your story. I’m here to hold space for it — with presence, perspective, and tools for lasting change.
My Approach
You’re Human. I’m Human. There’s No Expectation of Perfection.
Healing and growth begin when we feel seen, safe, and supported — not judged or rushed. I hold space with deep compassion and curiosity, honoring your unique path. This is a collaborative process, and you are always in the driver’s seat.
As your coach, I’m here as your guide — noticing what’s out the window, helping you navigate crossroads, and offering tools to move forward with more clarity and calm. While we’ll honor your past, our focus is on where you are now and where you want to go next.
What It’s Like to Work With Me?
My approach blends the depth of therapy with the empowerment of coaching. It’s rooted in connection, trust, and real-life tools.
-Whole-Person Wellness
As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help clients create balance through nervous system support, gut and hormone awareness, sleep and stress recovery, and the rhythms of daily life. Mental and physical health are deeply intertwined — I support both.

You’re in charge of your journey. I bring structure, insight, and accountability, but you decide where we go and how fast. We’ll work side by side to explore what matters most to you.
