About me
Life can feel like a relentless grind, but therapy doesn’t have to be. At The Daily Grind Therapy, I offer a compassionate space for children, adolescents, and adults to understand their emotions, heal from life’s challenges, and build the resilience needed to feel more like themselves.
At The Daily Grind Therapy, I understand that life can often feel like a constant grind, leaving us overwhelmed by the challenges we face. I offer counseling to children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating difficult emotions and seeking to better understand and manage their feelings. Whether it's dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma-related stress, or simply trying to feel more like yourself, I am here to support you.
I approach each session with compassion, creating a safe and open space where clients can engage in meaningful conversations. My goal is to help you build resilience and find your path forward, no matter what obstacles you're facing.
For adults, I draw from a relational therapy approach—focusing on the importance of authentic connection, mutual understanding, and the ways our relationships shape our emotional lives. Through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, we explore patterns, past experiences, and current dynamics that may be impacting your well-being.
For children, I use play and expressive therapy to help them explore and understand their emotions, encouraging growth in a nurturing environment. I also incorporate a family systems perspective, working with families to build trust and create stronger, more positive connections.
Together, we'll navigate the daily grind of life and work toward a place of emotional balance and well-being.
