I'm an experienced relational coach and licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and other relational constellations to better understand themselves and those they love. I help you find ways to relate more deeply and interact more authentically and effectively so everyone can feel heard and understood. My work is attachment-based and utilizes emotionally focused therapy (EFT) as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) models. I enjoy providing affirming support to neurodiverse couples and other relationship constellations (family units, dyads, work partners, friends, throuples, etc.) and neurodivergent individuals (especially ADHD, autistic, OCD, gifted, highly gifted, and people who identify as highly sensitive and/or experience sensory processing challenges) as well as people who have neurodivergent children or other family members. I approach life with curiosity and a love for complexity and paradox. I believe self-discovery is an ongoing, lifelong process that is made possible through relating with others. As your therapist (or coach), I will relate to you as a real person (not a blank slate), while keeping the focus on you. We will collaborate to understand your lived experience and the meaning you make of it. In sessions, we will explore what feels safe and unsafe to you in relationship and work toward building self-trust and self-compassion, so you can discover, accept, and celebrate your most authentic self and relate intentionally with others. I use an attachment lens and am trained in psychodynamic therapy and emotionally focused therapy for couples (EFT). I am culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence-affirming.
