About me
I am licensed in Colorado with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. My background before becoming an LPCC includes work in a high school, as well as over 16 years of service in the Air Force as a flight medic, and still serving in the Reserves at Peterson SFB, CO. I believe the therapeutic relationship should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering. I approach counseling with the belief that every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity to grow; even when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, build practical skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I tailor therapy to each client using evidence‑based approaches. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build skills that support emotional regulation and resilience, and work toward the life you want to live.
Outside the therapy room, I love staying active and connected to nature as well as just chilling at home relaxing. You can find me hiking, snowboarding, camping, traveling, listening to podcasts, working out, or signing up for fun 5Ks. These parts of my life help me stay grounded, balanced, and connected — values I bring into my work with clients.
You deserve a space where your experiences are heard and your strengths are recognized. I want to help you feel supported, capable, and more in control of your life. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, honesty, and practical tools, I’d be honored to connect.
