Therapy can be whatever you want it to be, and each individual is unique in their expectations & goals - I am more than happy to meet you where you are! I rely on empathy & understanding paired with strong evidence-based skills to create lasting positive changes. I prioritize taking time to get to know you to understand your story & create a plan together to address your goals!

I work with people of all ages & backgrounds, but my focus is on adolescents, young adults, & couples. I work with many issues, but I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, family & relationship problems. Therapy can be nerve-wracking, vulnerable, & challenging, but it can also be inspiring, motivating, & fun!
