About me
I am licensed in the states of Texas and Utah. I have 11 years of professional work experience, specific to both public and private mental health, and plan to continue in this field. I have experience in helping clients with coping with multiple addictions, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, & intimacy related issues. I also have experience working with parenting issues. I hold specific certifications for multiple addiction counseling, and sex specific counseling from the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals. I have spent much of my career working in the criminal justice arena and have a working knowledge and understanding of navigating multiple justice or health and human service systems. I believe that you are the expert of your story and at anytime, you have the power to edit the story you are writing. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and vulnerability. I am here to honor and support you in that process, what ever that looks like for you. At the end of the day, we are each walking along this journey together and I hold hope for a bright and happy future for each of us.
