About me
I am an experienced clinician who is passionate and dedicated to facilitating change and cultivating balance and peace for clients struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety and trauma. I help my clients find ways to be successful with emotion regulation and life management.
As a therapist knowing the impact of navigating life with a "neuro-spicy" brain I have a passion, empathy, and understanding of how ADHD and trauma impact our human experience. Combining personal experiences, education, and training in EMDR, ACT, CBT, and certification in DBT, my mission is support balance, healing and success for you in your life.
