I am a 29-year experienced LICSW dedicated to helping others navigate through various stressful times within their lives.

Currently accepting new clients, I am an online only therapist with 28 years of experience. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont I am able to provide counseling via telehealth to residents of all 3 states.

I am passionate in helping people navigate their personal journey and accompanying challenges. My experience includes managing a large community mental health center; substance use treatment; the LGBTQIA@+ community; post adoption work; raising a child with disabilities; and navigating the courts, disabilities, and the special education systems.

I utilize a variety of approaches and tailor treatment to meet each client’s specific needs. I am trauma informed, strengths based, and solution focused in developing strategies to help promote personal growth. I currently hold certifications in Clinical Trauma, Family Trauma, Child and Adolescent Trauma, CBT, DBT, and Addictions.

Due to my practice being 100% telehealth (services provided through secure video HIPPA compliant platform), a live consultation session is required via phone or video conferencing to make sure we are a good match for working together. This meeting will be approximately 15 minutes where I will ask a few questions to better understand your needs and ensure that telehealth is the right platform to meet your needs.
