About me
Welcome! My name is Kristen and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I've been practicing for 10 years supporting individuals, couples and families to help address anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, grief/loss and relationship difficulties.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I do not believe one therapeutic model fits all and will draw on various models and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Strengths-Based & Trauma-Informed Talk Therapy.
What you can expect from our first session
Beginning therapy can feel daunting. My role as a therapist is to meet you exactly where you’re at to help you begin to navigate your unique life experiences.
