About me
I’m a licensed therapist who helps high-functioning adults manage anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout with practical tools and structured support.
You might look like you have it all together, but inside, you’re constantly overthinking, bracing for the worst, and trying to manage everything on your own. My clients are often the ones everyone else turns to. They’re responsible, thoughtful, high-functioning and also anxious, emotionally exhausted, and tired of carrying so much alone. If this sounds like you, I want you to know you’re not broken and you’re not alone.
I specialize in working with high-achieving adults who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. Many of my clients feel stuck in unrelenting pressure to be everything to everyone, while inwardly battling self-doubt, overthinking, or a sense of never being “enough.” You might find it hard to slow down, hard to rest, and even harder to ask for help. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to keep performing you can exhale, reflect, and rebuild.
My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I don’t believe therapy should feel vague or aimless. Instead, I offer a structured, tool-based approach that blends insight with action. We’ll explore how your thoughts, beliefs, and nervous system responses are keeping you in survival mode and how you can begin to shift those patterns with intention.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer a structured 8-week therapy program called Calm the Chaos. This program is designed to help you:
Understand the anxiety cycle and how it shows up in your life
Learn tools to regulate your body and emotions in real time
Interrupt perfectionism, people-pleasing, and mental spirals
Reconnect with your values and build emotional resilience
Create a clear plan to move forward with steadiness and confidence
Whether you’re drawn to short-term, skill-based therapy or looking for longer-term support, I’ll tailor our work to fit your needs and goals. You’ll leave sessions not just with insight, but with real-world tools to use between sessions, tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
Clients often describe me as calm, clear, and compassionate but also gently directive when they need guidance. I value being collaborative, honest, and present in the therapy space. My goal isn’t to just help you “cope,” but to help you shift your internal experience and show up in your life with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
All sessions are offered virtually across Wisconsin, so you can access support from the comfort of your own space without having to commute or rearrange your life just to get help.
If you’re looking for therapy that’s supportive, structured, and genuinely helpful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t have to keep doing it all alone.
