Kristen Longo, LSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a social work therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma to optimize their functioning and joy.
What do you value? What do you need right now in order to be able to pursue those values? Sometimes life experiences and stresses can make it difficult to focus on what is most meaningful to us. For many, the Covid-19 pandemic has amplified feelings of anxiety, depression, and disconnection. You are not alone.
I offer a non-judgemental space to express your concerns, explore your values, and uncover your inner strengths and resources. I use an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy and use psychoeducation, mindfulness, and strengths-based perspective in my practice.
I will collaborate with you to create a plan that addresses your specific needs and concerns. I am down-to-earth, compassionate, and often use humor (when appropriate) to facilitate our work. If you think that we may be a good fit, please contact me to schedule an appointment. I look forward to helping you reclaim quality connections, purpose, and joy.
