About me
I am an LPC licensed in Colorado and Oregon with over 9 years of experience in clinical practice. I specialize in working with teens and adults that may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or simply want support in navigating the inevitable complexities of life. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you connect with your strengths and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Essential to effective counseling is the therapeutic alliance and I work to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where trust can be built and fostered. I honor autonomy and my goal is not to “fix” problems; my part is to guide client’s in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and developing skills to optimize well-being while providing support and unconditional acceptance.
I practice an integrative approach, primarily grounded in humanistic and psychoanalytic philosophies but also implementing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other cognitive-behavioral techniques. Therapy is not one size fits all; I work collaboratively with clients and tailor my therapeutic approaches based on each individual client’s unique needs and changing circumstances.
