I am a dedicated Social Worker and Psychotherapist with great passion and drive to help people navigate their lives as they experience challenges, growth, change, and more.
I have been in practice for 11 years and I take a Person-Centered approach using a lot of thought-changing techniques to improve or change behaviors. I truly believe in meeting a person where he/she/they are at. My ideas and my experiences are just that, mine. With that being said, your ideas and experiences are yours. I want to learn about you and your wants, desires, passions, motivations, and future goals.
