About me
I am dedicated to helping others through their struggles in a safe and supported environment. I acknowledge that asking for help takes a great deal of strength and hope to be able to take the first step to healing with you!
I welcome people ages 5 and up who are navigating life transitions, stress, self‑esteem concerns, boundaries, parenting support, anger, trauma, behavioral challenges, recovery, and more. I have experience supporting children and adults facing substance use and mental health challenges. At Ellie Mental Health, our diverse team and broad insurance options help match you with the right therapist so you can move forward feeling supported and understood.
I use CBT to build practical skills for thoughts/behaviors, DBT to strengthen coping and communication, Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful change, and Person‑Centered Therapy to offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore your needs and grow at your own pace. I also use play therapy techniques to help children work through challenges.
I offer a person‑centered, empathetic approach that provides a safe, calm space to talk about what you’re carrying and what you need to heal. I listen closely, honor your strengths, and work collaboratively so you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your healing process. I look forward to meeting you!
